Nach \u00fcber 23 Jahren der Firmenzugeh\u00f6rigkeit haben wir unsere liebe Kollegin Elisabeth Schubert am letzten Freitag, den 03.11.2023, in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand verabschiedet.<\/div>\n

Frau Schubert startete im Mai 2000 ihre T\u00e4tigkeit im Verkaufsteam der Firma HEKU und galt seit jeher als besonders gewissenhafte und verl\u00e4ssliche Mitarbeiterin, die sich sowohl bei ihren Kunden als auch ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit erfreute.<\/div>\n

Zum diesj\u00e4hrigen Zukunftstag am vergangenen Donnerstag besuchte uns Ida Friedrich und erlebte den Arbeitsalltag in den Abteilungen Grafik, Sortimentspflege, Verkauf und Lager.<\/div>\n

Besonders viel Freude machte ihr auf Nachfrage das Arbeiten mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Verkauf sowie das Fotografieren und die Bildbearbeitung in der Grafikabteilung.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Helmut Kusch ( 26.07.1936 \u2013 09.12.2022 )<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=“.vc_custom_1671026324156{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}“]Mit mutigem Unternehmergeist hat Helmut Kusch im Alter von 52 Jahren die Kusch Papierwaren und Konsumg\u00fcter GmbH gegr\u00fcndet und damit das Fundament f\u00fcr unsere heutige HEKU GmbH gelegt. Bis zu seinem Ausscheiden im Jahr 2001 pr\u00e4gte er mit seinem unternehmerischen Weitblick, dem Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr Chancen und eigenem hohen Engagement die positive Firmenentwicklung. Helmut nahm die Dinge gerne selbst in die Hand \u2013 Bodenst\u00e4ndigkeit und kurze Entscheidungswege waren ihm dabei immer sehr wichtig: \u201eRichtung, Drall und Geschwindigkeit m\u00fcssen stimmen\u201c wie er sein Lebensmotto oft und gerne beschrieb. Diese Einstellung hat die Firmenkultur seither gepr\u00e4gt und wird noch heute im Unternehmen gelebt.<\/p>\n

Auch in seinem verdienten Ruhestand ging er verschiedene eigene Projekte an, verfolgte dabei aber stets mit Interesse den weiteren Weg unseres Unternehmens und das von den unterschiedlichsten Orten dieses Planeten aus…<\/p>\n

Unser Partner in Sachen Datenschutz, die Firma Konzept 17 aus dem schleswig-holsteinischen Schuby, machte uns zum 05. April 2022 ein Baumgeschenk.
\nEine Buche wurde im s\u00fcd-\u00f6stlich von Hamburg gelegenen Gr\u00fcnhof (ebenfalls Schleswig-Holstein) als Teil eines neuen Waldes gepflanzt. Der so entstandene Lebensraum f\u00fcr zahlreiche Pflanzen, Tiere und andere Organismen \u201ereinigt die Luft und unser Trinkwasser, (…) liefert den nat\u00fcrlichen Rohstoff Holz, spendet Sauerstoff und speichert CO2.\u201c hei\u00dft es in der Urkunde. \u201eEr ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Kraft.\u201c<\/div>\n

ZUKUNFTSTAG 2019<\/h2>\n

Die diesj\u00e4hrige Gruppe durfte wieder der Arbeit in den verschiedensten Abteilungen beiwohnen und dabei die gro\u00dfen Unterschiede der jeweiligen T\u00e4tigkeitsfelder kennen lernen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Der Tag startete mit einer F\u00fchrung durch die R\u00e4umlichkeiten der Firma. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde in der Grafikabteilung praxisnah das Anfertigen, Bearbeiten und Platzieren von Artikelbildern in Katalogen und auf der Homepage demonstriert. Es folgte die Auftragserfassung zweier Auftr\u00e4ge in der Verkaufsabteilung, die sp\u00e4ter gemeinsam im Lager kommissioniert und f\u00fcr den Versand vorbereitet wurden. In der Abteilung Einkauf wurde der Gruppe verdeutlicht, woher unsere unterschiedlichen Artikel stammen, wie die logistischen Prozesse ablaufen und welche Bedeutung eine konstante Lieferf\u00e4higkeit hat, f\u00fcr die diese Abteilung zust\u00e4ndig ist.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Besonders die Abteilung Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle schien den Kindern und Jugendlichen in diesem Jahr besondere Freude bereitet zu haben. Beim gemeinsamen Pr\u00fcfen von Gefrierbeuteln, Alufolie, Servietten und Luftballons wurden zahlreiche Merkmale und Details der Artikel vermittelt, die im Alltag kaum Beachtung finden, im Rahmen der Qualit\u00e4tssicherung jedoch von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung sind.<\/p>\n

AUSBILDUNGSMESSE IN VISSELH\u00d6VEDE<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=“.vc_custom_1550235069168{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}“]Im Rahmen einer Ausbildungsmesse an der Oberschule in Visselh\u00f6vede pr\u00e4sentierten wir am 14.02.2019 unser Unternehmen und erl\u00e4uterten die Ausbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten bei der Firma HEKU.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Am darauffolgenden Freitag durften dann interessierte Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler bei uns vor Ort ausgiebig den Betrieb besichtigen und die R\u00e4umlichkeiten sowie die Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re kennen lernen. Ihnen wurden dabei s\u00e4mtliche Abteilungen sowie viele wichtige Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe gezeigt. Damit konnten sich die Anwesenden jungen Leute ein gutes Bild von einer m\u00f6glichen k\u00fcnftigen Ausbildung bei HEKU machen.<\/p>\n

September, den ersten HEKU Gesundheitstag veranstaltet. Schon w\u00e4hrend der regul\u00e4ren Arbeitszeit konnten Mitarbeiter einen speziellen Fitnesstest machen, um sich ein detailliertes Bild \u00fcber ihre physische Konstitution machen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Nach dem vorgezogenen Feierabend zur Mittagszeit und einigen Worten der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung und einer AOK-Mitarbeiterin wurde mit dem Rahmenprogramm begonnen: Jeweils zwei Fitness- und Kochkurse \u2013 letztere zum Thema \u201eGesunde Salate f\u00fcr den Grillabend\u201c \u2013 wurden hintereinander abgehalten und zeigten Mitarbeitern einfache Wege, um fit zu bleiben und sich mit \u00fcberschaubarem Aufwand gesund zu ern\u00e4hren. Erg\u00e4nzt wurde der Nachmittag mit einer Ausstellung der AOK zum Thema \u201eZucker und Fette\u201c sowie Probe- und Infost\u00e4nden mit\u00a0 Fitnesstrackern der Marke Garmin und E-Fahrr\u00e4dern.<\/p>\n
